Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of Rs 2,000 (Two Thousand Rupees) is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed contract is returned to Aura 360 Mauritius.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 6 months before the event will receive a refund of any payment made, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made within less than 6 months of the event date are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, Aura 360 Mauritius will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

3. Event Conditions & Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing adequate space, access to power, and protection from weather (for outdoor events) for the proper setup and operation of the services provided by Aura 360 Mauritius. If venue restrictions or unsafe conditions prevent setup or operation, no refund will be issued.

The client must ensure venue access at least 2 hours before the service start time for setup. The client is responsible for communicating all relevant venue rules and requirements in advance.

4. Service Duration & Overtime

Services will be provided for the duration agreed upon in the booking form or invoice. Printing booth downtime for necessary operating media changes (photo paper, toner, troubleshooting, etc.) is expected and factored into the rental period. This time is included in the total rental duration.

Overtime may be available at an additional charge and must be approved in advance or during the event.(Rate of Rs 2,000 per hour)

5. Liability & Indemnification

Aura 360 Mauritius is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event. The client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment by event guests.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aura 360 Mauritius from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of services during the event.

6. Use of Images / Audio

The client agrees that Aura 360 Mauritius may use photos, videos, and audio recordings from the event for marketing, promotion, and social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event. Guests using the photo booth, 360 camera, or audio guest book may be recorded. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of this.

7. Technical Issues

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or technical difficulties, Aura 360 Mauritius may offer a partial or full refund, at its sole discretion, not exceeding the amount paid for the affected service. Aura 360 Mauritius is not liable for interruptions caused by power outages, venue restrictions, or severe weather conditions.

8. Unlimited Printings*

The photo booth includes unlimited digital photos taken and saved on the device throughout the event duration.
Printed photo strips or prints will be provided up to the quantity included in the selected package.

Additional printed copies beyond the package limit may be available at an extra charge and must be arranged before or during the event.

Printouts are unlimited during rental only, limited to max 2 prints per session. Our photobooth uses a top-tier printer but isn’t built for high-speed printing. A timed process (e.g. email input, photo review) helps avoid printer overload and damage.

Remember, the photobooth is an experience—not just a printer.

9. Template design approval

Upon request, Aura 360 will send a design proof one time before the event. Thoroughly review the proof as approval implies Client’s responsibility for any errors after approval.

10. Agreement

By signing the service agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
